An Irish Bourbon ;-)- High N' Wicked
This one came in blind—and it didn’t drink like your typical bourbon. Caramel and vanilla showed up first, but then something shifted… coconut, molasses, and a subtle tropical note that made you stop and think. Turns out, this bourbon took a trip. (Yes IUnderstand this is a Single Grain Irish) Finished in Foursquare rum casks from Barbados, High N’ Wicked brings a different kind of balance—bourbon structure with just enough Caribbean influence to add depth without taking over.
